VeraBuy User Notice and Registration Agreement
Welcome to VeraBuy. VeraBuy is a collectibles discovery and collection decision-support platform for collectors worldwide. Through collectible information, market references and AI-assisted tools, VeraBuy helps collectors discover, understand and evaluate collecting opportunities more efficiently, reducing information and trust costs. Please read the following before registering for or using VeraBuy.

1. Platform Services
VeraBuy provides collectible listings and information, collection-related market references, AI-assisted analysis and related collectible services.
Information, data and AI analysis provided by the platform are for collection decision-making reference only. They do not constitute professional authentication, investment advice or any guarantee regarding the authenticity, condition, provenance, price or future value of any collectible.
2. User Registration
Users may register by email or other available methods and use the platform's basic services.
When you upload collectibles, participate in a purchase inquiry or use other specific services, VeraBuy may, depending on the service and applicable laws and regulations, request additional information or require identity verification.
3. Collectible Information
When uploading collectibles, users should ensure that the information, images and related materials provided are true and accurate, and that they have the relevant legal rights or authorization to provide them.
VeraBuy may, depending on the circumstances, organize, review or verify relevant information and may use AI and other technical tools to assist with such processes.
If material errors, omissions or other risks are identified, VeraBuy may request additional information, temporarily suspend the listing, or remove the relevant content.
4. Collecting and Transactions
VeraBuy's information and tools are intended to help users better understand collectibles and the relevant market.
Users should make their own decisions regarding collecting or purchasing. The rights and obligations relating to any specific transaction shall be governed by the separate transaction or service agreement entered into by the relevant parties.
Certain collectibles or services may, due to applicable laws, regulations or risk-management requirements, require additional information or verification.
5. User Information and Content
VeraBuy values user privacy and handles users' personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Users must ensure that images, text and other content they upload do not infringe the lawful rights of any third party. Users agree that VeraBuy may use such content to provide platform services and for reasonable promotional purposes.
6. Agreement and Governing Law
VeraBuy may reasonably modify its platform services and this Agreement in response to business development, technology upgrades and changes in applicable laws and regulations.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Where a specific transaction service is subject to a separate agreement, that agreement shall prevail in respect of the relevant transaction.
